The Board of Directors in Storytel AB (publ) (“Storytel” or the “Company”) has taken a decision to work towards a change of listing venue from Spotlight Stock Market (former Aktietorget) to Nasdaq First North Growth Markets in Stockholm. Nasdaq First North Growth Markets is Nasdaq’s European growth market, with the same legal status as the Spotlight Stock Market, i.e. a multilateral trading venue (MTF). The change of listing venue is expected to take place at the end of 2018 and is part of Storytel’s expansive strategy. The Company will continue to apply the same accounting principles with an ambition to transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in the future.
Shareholders in Storytel do not need to take any action when a change of listing venue is conducted.
