Storytel AB (publ) has been informed that its principal shareholders Roxette Photo NV. (Jonas Sjögren), EQT Public Value Investments S.à r.l., Jehangir AB (Rustan Panday), Annamaria Tellander and Storytel´s CEO Jonas Tellander have issued call options to acquire shares in Storytel to Chairman of the Board Stefan Blom (465,000 call options), board member Malin Holmberg (10,000 call options) and board member Helen Fasth Gillstedt (10,000 call options). In addition, Stefan Blom has also acquired 57,652 B shares in Storytel, equal to an investment of c. SEK 11m.
Each call option has been issued at SEK 30 which corresponds to a market value calculated by use of Black & Scholes’ valuation model and entitles the holder to acquire one share in Storytel at a price of SEK 358 up to Sep 2025. There is no dilution for other shareholders in Storytel or costs involved for Storytel.
As of today the issuers of the options own a total of 24.6 million shares in Storytel, equivalent of 36.0 percent of the shares and votes.
